I had an external areal fixed today. From the initial call to call out the service was great. The pricing was explained on the phone and when I asked, I was given a worse case scenario. They managed my expectations well and the completed job was far cheaper than expected. The engineer was on time, polite and considerate. He explained what he needed to do and tried keeping the price as low as possible... which I must add was a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend this company! Thank you so much Horizon!

From first contact and throughout communication has been great, customer service has been second to none. Really really pleased and more than happy with the whole experience and install, everyone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have had a 65inch Sony TV installed on the wall and brush plates installed to hide the wiring for HDMI cables and power cable through the wall. It looks epic! I cannot recommend Horizon Sound & Vision enough, will use all the time going forward.

We have used this company for nearly thirty years. We have lived in Chineham and moved home three times here. Each time, we’ve had Horizon set up our TV’s aerials and satellite systems around the house. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Most of all, and we have dealt with some real dog companies lately, they are trustworthy, reliable, and always keep their promises. The communicate well. Their prices are really never bettered. They were over earlier today to mount two new TV’s on the walls of our newly purchased bungalow. They are as professional, friendly as they were when we first had them around all those years ago. My wife and I would recommend them to anybody.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with, just a fabulous business with excellent attitude towards customer care. Being new to Amazingstoke, I sought out a few quotes for an aerial install. Both Alan and Sara were the most pleasant and straight-talking to work with - other businesses kept adding on bits and making it really difficult to work out what I actually needed. I JUST WANT TO WATCH TV! Then Les came along to do the install, and he was fab, too. I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough and I’m sure we’ll be using them again for other installation work.

This is probably and quite honestly one of the best companies I have dealt with. They arrive prompt, they are courteous, friendly, professional and a complete credit to businesses everywhere. I moved from Basingstoke a few days ago and new I wouldn't want anyone else to fit/fix the aerial and tv installations. Luckily for us they came down to Bishopstoke. Dean arrived as promised, he understood what we wanted and just got on with it. Honestly don't go anywhere else, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Dean, you're a star.
